Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time.
Availability: Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service to anyone.
4. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Payment: We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Easypaisa, and JazzCash. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Times: Standard delivery takes 3-7 working days. Express delivery options are available for an additional charge.
Shipping Charges: Shipping rates are as stated on our website. Free shipping is available for orders above Rs. 5,000.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from AURA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and have original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Bridal pieces, made-to-order items, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect returned items.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AURA or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
