Shipping Information
Delivery Time:
We deliver across Pakistan within 3–7 working days for most orders. Made-to-order and bridal pieces may require 2–4 weeks for production and delivery.
Shipping Rates:
• Orders under Rs. 5,000: Rs. 250 flat shipping
• Orders Rs. 5,000 and above: FREE shipping
• Express delivery: Rs. 500 (1–2 working days)
Shipping Areas:
We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and surrounding areas. For remote locations, delivery may take additional 2–3 days.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order on our website or contact our customer service.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
We want you to love your AURA pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided
Non-Returnable Items:
• Bridal and made-to-order pieces
• Sale items (marked with special discount)
• Items worn or damaged after delivery
• Items without original tags/packaging
Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at support@aurabydxtextile.com or call +92 300 1234567 within 14 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability. Size exchanges can be made once per item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
